Personnel Policy

As employees of the City of Swisher, all Library employees will be guided by the City of Swisher Employee Handbook as approved by the Swisher City Council.

The Director shall conduct an annual review of each staff member before the annual budget is submitted to City Council for consideration.

The Board, or their designees, shall conduct an annual review of the Library Director before the annual budget is submitted to City Council for consideration.
