Personnel Policy

As employees of the City of Swisher, all Library employees will be guided by the City of Swisher Employee Handbook as approved by the Swisher City Council.​

​

The Director shall conduct an annual review of each staff member before the annual budget is submitted to City Council for consideration.

​

The Board, or their designees, shall conduct an annual review of the Library Director before the annual budget is submitted to City Council for consideration.
